technical information

This product can be evaluated by EN 12004 and ISIRI 12492 standards.

application guidline

Ceramic and tile adhesive with a serrated spatula and in some cases can be applied as a bite. In surfaces that have high water absorption, the ceramic surface is previously zangab and then the ceramic is installed. After adding water to the mixture, it is better to finish the whole ceramic operation within 120 minutes. It is recommended to run this product at an ambient temperature of 10 to 35 degrees Celsius and the temperature of the mixture during the run should not exceed 30 degrees. In cold weather and places where the height of the tile is high, install the ceramic in two or more stages with an interval of at least 6 hours. If the temperature is below 10 degrees, warm the environment before running. When installing ceramics, it should be noted that the ceramic adhesive is glued to the wall as a pressurized adhesive by sliding. Therefore, if the subfloor surfaces are uneven, the excess adhesive is prevented from sticking and if the ceramic is pressed, the adhesive will be removed from the ceramic strap. On the other hand, it is not possible to prepare ceramic glue with high concentration during manufacturing, because this causes the glue not to stick to the back of the ceramic and the surface below. Therefore, it is necessary to smooth and level the surfaces before installing the ceramic. Installation of ceramics with large dimensions and high weight on the wall at height in several stages with a time interval to be done so that the weight of the ceramic and the lack of water absorption of the material does not cause slipping and separation of the ceramic.

mixing

First, pour 4.7 kg of water into the blender container and then gently pour the 20 kg bag into the water. Turn on the mixer and continue the mixing process at low speed (less than 500 rpm) for 3 minutes. Leave the prepared tile adhesive mortar for 5 minutes. Repeat the mixing operation for a short time and then pull the resulting glue on the surface with a grooved knife and press the tile on it. For better adhesion, move the tile gently in place while squeezing. Try to finish the tiling operation in less than 120 minutes. Seal the tiled surface after 24 hours. All parts in contact with the adhesive should be free of any dirt, grease, dust, etc. and it is better to moisten it with a little water.
