application guidline
The recommended dose of this product depends directly on the speed of concrete construction, the time required for concrete spraying and the values of initial strengths. Consumption of this product is between 2 to 6% of cement consumption, which is determined by conducting workshop tests of the optimal dose.
It is possible to change the consumption dose from the specified range for projects with special workshop conditions, only with the permission of Partak concrete technology experts.
mixing
Quitak-L consumption depends entirely on the hardware available, including the type of concrete sprayer and sprayer nozzle. Of course, the manner and time of mixing the material with concrete also requires trial and error in the workshop.
