CRYSTAK is a powder crystallizer penetrator that can crystalize inside concrete capillary pipes, thus making them resistant to the penetration of water and a wide range of chemicals. This product provides the most effective method of sealing and chemical and permanent protection of concrete, which only needs to be mixed with water for consumption.

application guidline
The mixing water ratio required for this product is 10 kg per 25 kg bag.
It is better to complete the entire surface repair operation within 30 minutes after adding water to the mixture.
Consumption amount of this material, depending on the porosity and permeability of the substrate, is about 800 to 1200 grams per square meter.
It is recommended to use this product at an ambient temperature of 10 to 35 degrees Celsius and the temperature of the mixture during the using should not exceed 30 degrees.
mixing
first pour required water in mixing bowl and then add the powder slowly. Turn on the mixing instrument and continue the mixing process with slow speed (lower than 500 round per minutes) for one minutes. Try to finish the process whithin 30 minutes. Cover the prepared cement surface with the prepared mortar with brush in two steps. In a way that, during operation after drying the first layer, apply the second layer. At least for three days spray the surface with water.
All parts in contact with the repair mortar should be free of any dirt, grease, dust, etc. and it is better to moisten with a little water.

in the case of above situation, the useful life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.

there is not need for special actions but for observing safty actions, it is better to use protection gloves and eye glasses. In case of direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and see a doctor.
