partoGEL 209 is an advanced type of concrete admixture based on silica fume and super-water reducers, which in addition to strengthening the rheological properties of fresh concrete, increases the compressive strength and reduces the water absorption of hardened concrete.
application
partoGEL 209, in addition to the relative improvement of compressive, tensile and flexural strength, is used to make strong, sealable, impermeable concretes, as well as in places exposed to destructive agents such as sulfate ions and chlorine ions.

application guidline
The recommended dose of this product is 2 to 9% by weight of cement.
It is possible to change the consumption dose from the specified range for projects with special workshop conditions, only with the permission of Partak concrete technology experts.
mixing
The best way to use it is to add PL209 after all the concrete components have been added, that is, when the concrete is completely produced, the mix is complete and the concrete is pasty. It is better to add this product to the mixture at the project site. Avoid adding material directly to cement and dry materials.
PL209 is compatible with all types of Portland cement and slag.

storage and shelf life
PL209 Store in a closed container, away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
If the above conditions are met, the useful life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
health and safety
there is not need for special actions but for observing safty actions, it is better to use protection gloves and eye glasses. In case of direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and see a doctor.
