Grout without shrinkage of cement small particles
Partak.G1 is a very special groot without cement shrinkage, which is in the form of dry powder and needs only water to be consumed. This product, after mixing with water, has excellent flow and dispersion, and with the property of maintaining proper efficiency, gives the required time for grouting according to the temperature of the grouting place. This product is suitable for filling spaces with a maximum thickness of 20 mm.

application guidline
The final dough spread of this product is between 220 to 280 mm.
It is recommended to use this product in layers with a thickness of 20 to 100 mm.
The required mixing water ratio for this product is 4 kg per 25 kg bag.
After adding water to the mixture, it is better to finish the grouting operation within 25 minutes.
It is recommended to run this product at an ambient temperature of 10 to 35 degrees Celsius and the temperature of the mixture during the run should not exceed 30 degrees.
mixing
First, pour the required water for the mixing plan into a blender and then slowly pour the powder into the water. Turn on the mixer and continue the mixing process at low speed (less than 500 rpm) for 3 minutes. Try to finish the grout operation in less than 25 minutes. For at least 3 days, make the casted grout by watering or using a damp sack or covering with plastic wrap.
All parts in contact with the grout should be free of any dirt, grease, dust, etc. and it is better to moisten with a little water.
storage and shelf life
G1 is maintaned in closed packaging and away from direct rays of sun and ice situation.
in the case of above situation, the useful life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.

there is not need for special actions but for observing safty actions, it is better to use protection gloves and eye glasses. In case of direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and see a doctor
