Bondak-14 is a type of concrete adhesive that is used as a concentrated polymer fluid with the aim of increasing the adhesion and tensile strength of concrete and special mortars. This product is an enriched emulsion compound that due to its ingredients structure is capable to be solved in water and after use and drying will not dissolve in water at all. The initial resistance of this product is very high.
“Bondak-14n has exesive applications as below: repairing damages surfaces Sealing restorative mortars building facades and operating exposure surfaces increasing adhesion in concret Repair of depressions, cracks and surface cavities making connection between old concret and newly mad concret
unflamable facile use decreasing permeability in cement resistence in alkaline environment good pasty properties and adhesion Reducing shrinkage with the possibility of reducing the ratio of water consumption Creating a connection between old concrete (mortar) and new concrete (mortar) No shrinkage, cracking and drumming after operation Increasing resistance to melting and freezing cycles
This product is available in 4, 8 and 25 kg gallons.
phisical state: liquid color: white density: 0.95 – 1.05 kg/L *the mentioned data are achieved based on the final laboratory controlled tests
Determining the exact amount of consumption through workshop tests is mandatory. Never use concentrated concrete adhesive fluid alone to bond concrete sections together. It is suggested to run operate this product at an ambient temperature of 10 to 35 degrees Celsius and the temperature of the mixture during the operation should not exceed 30 degrees. It is better to mix the concrete adhesive with water in a ratio of 1: 4 or 1: 3 and add the resulting mixture (the resukted diluted adhesive) to the mixture by slurry method.
A) diluted method: in this method, first the old section should be saturated with pure water and then the diluted adhesive (including adhesive and water with the ratio of 1:3 or 1:4) is poured on the surface to cover overall surface withthe thickness of 1-2 milimeter and befor stiffening in dilute (in a way that it adheres to fingers) the cement pouring will be operated B) Method of adding to the mixture: In this method, we must first mix the concrete adhesive with water in a ratio of (1 to 3 or 1 to 4) and replace the resulting thin adhesive with 10 to 40% water of the concrete or mortar in mixing plan, and after achieving proper flow , operate the process of cement pouring. All parts in contact with the concrete adhesive must be saturated with fresh water and free of any contamination, grease, dust, etc.
storage and shelf life
Bondak-14 should be stored at 10 to 30 ° C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. in the case of above situation, the useful life of the product is 12 months from the date of production.
health and safety
there is not need for special actions but for observing safty actions, it is better to use protection gloves and eye glasses. In case of direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and see a doctor. Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
